Mary has extensive experience in business, real estate, and probate related transactional and litigation matters, as well as legislative and regulatory matters. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Dale was an enlisted soldier in the United States Army, was later commissioned as an officer, and eventually achieved the rank of Captain. She also worked as a manager for a Fortune 100 company prior to attending law school.
Mary is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, The United States District Courts for Eastern, Western, Northern, and Southern Districts of Texas, and the United States Bankruptcy Courts for Southern and Western Districts of Texas.
